What Twenty CRM does
Twenty is a customer relationship management platform with contacts, pipelines, and custom objects, built with a modern interface as a self-hosted alternative to Salesforce or HubSpot. Sales teams use it to keep full ownership of customer data. Custom objects let a sales team model their own pipeline stages and data fields instead of adapting to a rigid schema.
