What LangGraph does

LangGraph models agent logic as a graph of nodes and edges, giving developers explicit control over branching, loops, and state, which plain chain-based frameworks handle poorly. It's used to build production agents that need retries, human-in-the-loop steps, or complex control flow. It integrates with LangChain's existing tools and models, so teams already using LangChain can adopt it incrementally.
